These terms govern your use of the STX SMS platform ("the Service"), including the web panel at panel.stxsms.org, SMPP interconnects, HTTP webhook endpoints and all related settlement processing. By registering or sending traffic you accept these terms in full.
Each account is assigned to a single legal entity. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials, API keys and SMPP bind passwords. Sharing credentials with third parties is prohibited. STX may require identity verification before activating settlement payouts.
Accepted traffic types: A2P application-to-person SMS, OTP and 2FA verification, banking notifications and legitimate wholesale carrier volume.
Prohibited traffic: unsolicited marketing spam, phishing, fraud, adult content and any category that violates destination-country telecom regulations. STX applies automated content filtering at the ingestion edge and reserves the right to reject or block non-compliant traffic without notice.
Payout rates are published per-range in the STX Panel and may change as carrier costs fluctuate. Rate changes take effect for traffic sent after the published update time. Billing is based on the delivery records logged by the STX platform; partner-side CDR counts are not used for settlement calculations.
Settlements are processed automatically every Tuesday at 00:00 UTC for all accounts with an accrued balance meeting the minimum threshold:
If the accrued balance does not meet the minimum, it rolls over to the next settlement cycle. STX reserves the right to withhold settlement for accounts under compliance review.
STX provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific delivery rates or revenue outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the settlement amount payable to you for the billing cycle in which the claim arose.
Either party may terminate the relationship by written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding settlement balance exceeding the minimum threshold will be paid within 14 business days. Accounts terminated for prohibited traffic forfeit any unpaid balance.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced via the panel and on the WhatsApp / Telegram channel at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
