Privacy policy

01 — Who we are

STX SMS ("STX", "we", "us") operates stxsms.org and the STX Panel platform at panel.stxsms.org. We provide SMS traffic monetisation services, routing infrastructure and settlement processing for telecom aggregators and wholesale partners.

02 — What we collect

When you register an account or submit a contact form we collect:

  • Name, email address and WhatsApp / Telegram contact number.
  • Company name and estimated traffic volume (if provided).
  • Routing details such as destination countries and traffic type.

When you use the panel we also process:

  • SMPP bind credentials and connection metadata.
  • SMS delivery records (CDRs) including masked phone numbers, carrier tags and delivery timestamps.
  • Financial records: settlement amounts, payout method and transaction references.

03 — How we use it

We use the information strictly for:

  • Account provisioning, range allocation and SMPP credential issuance.
  • Real-time delivery logging, billing calculations and settlement processing.
  • Responding to enquiries submitted through the contact form or via email.
  • Platform security, fraud prevention and compliance auditing.

04 — Third parties

We never sell, rent or distribute your data to third parties for marketing. Data may be shared with:

  • Payment processors (for USDT or wire payouts) only to the extent required to complete the transaction.
  • Law enforcement or regulators when compelled by applicable law.

05 — Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 90 days then deleted. Account and financial records are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship plus the period required by applicable tax and telecom regulations (typically 5 years). CDR delivery logs older than 12 months are automatically purged.

06 — Cookies

The landing site (stxsms.org) does not use cookies or any client-side tracking. The panel (panel.stxsms.org) uses a single session cookie strictly required for authentication. No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies are deployed.

07 — Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to the address below. Requests are processed within 30 days. See also our GDPR page for additional EU rights.
